Knitting Envy
I am always envious of those girls who have knitting friends. I don't think I even know anyone who really knits.
On to more important things. Last week there was a sad occurence. My budgie of around 10 years passed. I miss him. However, I am getting used to the newest member of our household, Alfie the Lovebird. Sadly, he does not know how to knit.....
I have finished my sock and have started on the mate. A sweater is in the works for knitter number 2. She is very excited about it and actually kissed the sweater in progress yesterday. How sweet. Next up in the sock world is my husband. Or knitter number 3 because I found patterns for baby socks. And since we may not have more babies in our house......
