Cyber Monday Shopping...
Did any of you take part in some cyber Monday shopping. I did. And I am exhausted. Ha ha ha. I bought some yarn, some beer kits, and called it good. Because after all, that I may need to make a transfer from our savings account tomorrow. Beer equipment kits are NOT cheap. But they do promise fun…
Tonight I am staying up because some whiner around here thinks he needs clean pants and long underwear for work. How ridiculous. He’ll just get his clothes dirty again if I keep washing them. What’s a girl to do? Brent didn’t get home until 8:30 tonight, so I took pity on him. He’s expecting to work long hours all week.
Just when it was beginning to look like our snow would disappear again, they have threatened us with more. It seems as if winter is upon us once again. There probably won’t be more pictures like this one of Maggie for a while:
I honestly don’t know how she can cram herself in the top of that planter. The planter bottom broke out years ago, so we put it in the ground to look pretty with flowers growing in it. Some years, it works out nicely. I’m not going to call Maggie a flower, because she’s more like an out of control thistle. She’s awful cute and sometimes it is awful hard not to let her become awfully spoiled. Of course, the moment after I think what a sweet adorable little thing she is, she does something decidedly NOT adorable. Like digging a hole next to that planter big enough to plant a shrub in.

I didn't shop on cyber MOnday for the first time in a few years. I'm ok with it too. I'm convinced that the earlier I start the more I spend. I think I'll be leaving it all for the last minute this year. :)
