Just One of THOSE Days

You know that day when everything you touch explodes? That is the day I have had. I thought it was sort of embarrassing to have to ask someone how you get the buttons on your blog to actually show up. Ha! I figured out how to do it finally. It was even more embarrassing to find that somehow I had deleted nearly ALL of my blog's template. I still don't know how it happened. Fortunately, most of it is fixed now. One of my blogring codes is still missing, but I hope to have it back soon. I better stay away from our Jeep.....

I hope to post a picture of my husband's finished sock tomorrow. I want him to model it tonight. I decided to join Socktoberfest. It was just TOO infectious. How can a person read about it and not want to do it?

Yay! Your blog is back. I visited earlier today and it was just about all blank! I thought to myself, hmmmm....she must be changing her template. Glad to see you're back and with buttons! :)

I did that last week - I switched to beta blogger, and now adding links is very different. Nice, easy wizard, but I can't figure out how to add buttons or customize them :( So, they are boring text links right now...it seems to be set up somehow in widgets, bizarre. I don't know much about widgets, so have just reverted to the basic template...too much time spent messing with it. And, I haven't figured out how to post pics to the links sidebar anyway - I am thinking I need to have them posted on a server somewhere to upload them? Obviously I haven't wanted to think too much about it as I still have no pics. :)
